The mutant punks RATS BLOOD that sling from Dublin, rise again to bring their first full lenght LP ‘LOW LIFE’ on Distro-y Records. Following up on their ‘PUNKS IS MUTANTS’ 7″ from 2013 they are set to create an edge on what was laid down last time by unleashing 13 tracks of their brand of Scandinavian influenced hardcore.
As Rats Blood make their transition to a LP they have homed in on their sound creating distorted raw hardcore noise on the high end with a beating disbeat that thrundles on the low end with gutteral vocals that growl out lyrics of discontent. That fans of Totalitar and Avskum will punch fists to come, November when ‘Low Life’ is released on Distro-y Records.
With one EP and a Cassette demo which lends a couple of tracks to ‘LOW LIFE’ which repays by bringing the tracks to their fuliment having recorded in the Hive Studios with James Eager and mastered by Jack Control at Enormous Door Mastering.
